Membership Regulations

Petit Doux Member Benefits
① Get 1 point for every NTD$100 spent.
② Membership Gift: Get 50 points for joining the membership.
③ Member’s Birthday Gift (birthday gift for the day or the month cannot be redeemed on the same day.)

Ⓐ Birthday Gift of the Month: Members will get a specified gift along with your order in the month of your birthday.

Ⓑ Birthday Gift of the Day: Members will get a WAPA pancake along with your other order on your birthday.

Ⓐ Points can be redeemed for multiple specially made products.
Ⓑ Points are doubled during special events.

Petit Doux Members Collect, Check, and Redeem Points
① How to Accumulate Points

Ⓐ Membership Barcode: Show the membership barcode in your cell phone when checking out. After our staff scans your membership barcode, your points will directly deposit into your member account.
Ⓑ Points are valid for one year only. For example, points earned on 2018/6/26 will be valid through 2019/6/25.

② How to Redeem Points

Ⓐ Members Redeem Points: Members can gifts or points to redeem by using your cell phone. Once you show the redemption barcode to our staff when checking out, you will receive the redeemed gift.
Ⓑ Valid Period of Redemption Barcode: The generated redemption barcode should be redeemed during its valid period at Petit Doux. Expired points cannot be redeemed.

③ Note

Ⓐ Please show your membership barcode when checking out to ensure that your membership points are accumulated. If you do not show your membership barcode when checking out, we do not offer points afterwards.
Ⓑ Refunds are calculated in accordance with the points that you receive from your purchase. The points will be recalculated for the purchase amount to deduct the points from the refund. If the amount is insufficient, the difference will be made up.
Ⓒ To receive the refund, you need to bring your cell phone that you used for accumulating points to return the points and get your money back. The refund process cannot be completed if you do not bring your cell phone.

Ⓓ Points cannot be collected in the following conditions:

ⅰ You enjoy a special discount for your purchase.
ⅱ Your purchase includes large bookings such as a private room.
